This instructor-led  4 session live program is designed for participants who want a structured introduction to how lower-middle-market private equity transactions are evaluated in practice.
Participants develop practical exposure to the early stages of the deal process through instructor-led walkthroughs and applied examples drawn from real private equity workflows.
 Session focus includes:
- • How private equity firms review and interpret Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs)
- • Investment memo fundamentals and framing an investment thesis
• Core drivers of LBO returns and basic leveraged buyout mechanics
• Key diligence considerations in lower-middle-market transactions
• How deals progress from initial screening toward a letter of intent
The emphasis is on building practical deal literacy and analytical confidence, not memorization.Â

Additional Mentorship Support

Depending on each participant’s starting level and technical background, some individuals may require additional time beyond the four-week program to fully develop these skills.
